Privacy Policy

The short version

Rise & Grind collects no personal data. The app works entirely on your device. Nothing is recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server.

Camera usage

Rise & Grind uses your iPhone's front-facing camera to detect and count push-ups using Apple's Vision framework. Camera frames are processed in real time, entirely on your device. No images or video are recorded, saved to your photo library, or transmitted anywhere. When the push-up challenge ends, the camera session stops and all frame data is discarded.

Data storage

The app stores your alarm settings (alarm time, push-up count, and alarm state) locally on your device using UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is only used to persist your alarm configuration between app launches.

Third-party services

Rise & Grind does not include any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising frameworks, or crash reporting services. The app makes no network requests. It works entirely offline.

Children's privacy
